1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ReviewMitra (“the Service”), hosted at reviewmitra.opensoz.com and developed by OpenSoz (“we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use or access the Service.

2. Description of Service

ReviewMitra is a cloud-based software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform designed for clinics, salons, gyms, restaurants, and retail enterprises. The Service aggregates customer reviews from third-party platforms (including Google Business Profile, Facebook, and Justdial), generates AI-powered responses, and provides review generation QR code solutions.

3. User Accounts and Security

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration via Google authentication or email credentials.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must notify OpenSoz immediately upon discovering any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Third-Party Platform Integrations

ReviewMitra interfaces with third-party application programming interfaces (APIs), including Google, Meta, and Justdial. You acknowledge that:

• Our service is subject to the terms, quotas, and availability of these third-party platforms.
• OAuth access tokens provided by you are stored securely with industry-standard AES-256-GCM encryption solely to read reviews and publish approved responses on your behalf.
• OpenSoz is not liable for changes, suspensions, or restrictions imposed by third-party platforms on your external business profiles.

5. AI Content and Moderation

Responses generated by ReviewMitra's AI are drafts created based on customer feedback and your configured business profile. While our models are designed to generate professional, empathetic, and culturally respectful responses across English, Hindi, Hinglish, and regional languages:

• You retain ultimate editorial discretion and responsibility for any responses posted publicly to your brand's profiles.
• Negative reviews (1★ and 2★) are defaulted to draft mode to ensure business owners have the opportunity to review and personalize the response before publication.

6. Subscription, Billing, and Non-Refundable Terms

Subscription fees for ReviewMitra are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis via Dodo Payments.

• Free Trial: New users receive a complimentary 7-day trial with full feature access and zero upfront payment obligations.
• Non-Refundable Policy: Due to the immediate provisioning of cloud compute, AI tokens, and database capacity, all subscription payments are strictly non-refundable once charged. Please refer to our detailed Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your Billing settings. Cancellation halts future charges at the end of your current billing cycle.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall OpenSoz, its developers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, customer goodwill, or data, arising out of or related to your use of ReviewMitra.
